The Awesomeness Of My Early Morning Dreams
It is so sweet to wake up then fall back asleep and have the most real, even soreal dream! Such was the case this morning.
My dream this morning featured a centre where several church services had been taken place, with a common auditorium on the main floor. Ladies were streaming out, decked out in beautiful yellow outfits - the dresses, the hats! They were so gorgeous, I asked "was this the theme, or is it just a coincidence?" It seemed so unlikely that so many women would choose to dress in yellow unless they were asked.
Some folks had gathered around in the ground floor auditorium listening to an amazing piano rendition, then these prophetic words went out "you have been given an excellent solution". People continued to stream down from the upper levels and out of the building. I was "sleep thinking" at this point and woke out of the dream.
Laying there in bed reflecting on the dream while stretching my body and limbs I thought what an awesome dream. Ah, as I got out of bed I remembered the "excellent solution" that had been laid up on my heart for a long time. As a matter of a fact, September 2012 a client who is involved in a church ministry was in my office to conduct business. While looking up some information on the computer for her so interupted me and said "The spirit just told me to tell you this ...........................". I had no idea she had the gift of prophecy, so we had a discussion about that. I saw her again last fall and she expanded on the vision. That was is awesome solution that I was given, and that assignment has not been completed yet. Now this dream will "light fire under my butt" as they would say.
What about you, have you been given an excellent solution that you are sitting on? Get busy!
Have a terrific Tuesday,

A HEART THAT IS FIT TO RECEIVE
Thank you #OWN, +Oprah & +Iyanla Vanzant! You helped me gained a deeper understanding into a topic that puzzeled me for many years. I watched #SupersoulSunday this past Sunday, and thankfully, it was a repeat of a previous broadcast. Although I saw the broadcast before, I got a huge "ah ha" moment as I saw Iyanla's deeply emotional explanation to Oprah as to why she left The Oprah Winfry Show and how she felt that decision. The place she was in at the time on her emotional and spiritual develpment she could not "receive" what was given. She felt she had to "earn" it, and because of that she caved to an offer from a competing network that proved to be fools gold.
This was an incredible moment to watch! What I say and heard was very clear. Clearer than I ever seen it before - you can have the best of intentions towards another person, give then the greatest of opportunity, believe in them more than you believe in yourself, but unless they can "see it", meaning have a heart that is fit to receive this gift, your good intentions will end up causing hurt feelings (you, the other party(ies) or both).
What's the use, we pray for help, answers to our questions and solutions to our problems and when the prayers are answered, instead of graceously receiving and giving thanks for the benefits and favours received, we turn around and kick the gift horse in the mouth! This type of hehaviour is responsible for keeping humanity in pain and sorrow instead of joy, happiness and bliss as our creator intended. One of the major short comings of many church organizations is that they tell you what you must do, but not the how. However, there is a lot of help available, if the heart is ready to receive. Even for healing, the heart has to be ready!
The lesson given in this broadcast is very profound, because Jesus's teaching encompasses the act of giving and receiving and yet this is one of the most missunderstood aspect of christian living. +Jane Fonda quoted in her #Lifeclass session on OWN, "we are called to be whole", not to be perfect" - or something like that, and it makes perfect sense. In christian doctrine the focus is on perfection, trying to live in perfection against certain set of rules which in itself causes more burden. Instead the focus should be on emotional wholeness. I honestly believe that if we achieve emotional wholeness living a clean wholesome life would be less of a struggle. In Jesus' words, "my yoke is easy and my burden is light", thus my conviction that emotional wholeness (healing of the unhealthy emotional scars) will take us to that place.
Even though Oprah has been working on herself for so many years (in the public forum, I might add), she was still hurt by Iyanla's action. That session was healing for both of them, and hopefully for many of their viewing audience, myself included. I believe I have finally got this lesson because I've had so many incidences over my lifetime, and many in the last ten years. Again, where there is a will there is a way. I have been seeking answers, I have been open and my answers have been coming sometimes from the most unexpected places. Again, staying open 24/7 allows spirit to deliver my miracles continuously and I am full of grattitude.
Have a graceous day full of miracles!

IF THEIR IS SUCH A THING AS A DEVIL, HIS NAME IS FEAR
Really, what are you afraid of? Fear causes very smart people to do really, really stupid things! Fear is a robber and a
killer of dreams, thus I have long concluded that if their is such a thing as a devil, his name is fear.
Let's be clear, there is healthy fear, the feeling that alert us to danger, and set in motion our automatic response systems for survival. Then their is the irrational fear that plague us, cause us to shelve our dreams, act without thinking and behave in irationally. The fear that once subside, and your head is clear causes you to have a healthy laugh at yourself, or sometimes wanting to give yourself a good kick in the shin.
Take for instance the lady, a very nice christian lady who got her 6 page statement, and of the six pages, her eyes when straight to the section what shows zero, zero! She called me in a panic. Of course, we started from the top of the first page, and right there on the first page is a summery of her investment holdings, showing a healthy return for the year. This is someone I've had as a client for a very long time so I joked with her, and was able to take her to where she probably didnt expect "Jane, you know you have a fear of being broke?" Why else would you get a statement and only notice a section that shows zeros? She laughed and said "yes, you know, I really am afraid of running out of money"!
That very same day, a dear friend and client for a very long time was coming to meet me at the office. She works in the city but because she does like to drive on the highway she takes a local route to work. She called for direction to get to my office using her usual route to and from work. I let her know that there is a more direct route to the office from her work, that's the route I take myself and going her way would take an extra 45 minutes. She let me know that she would not take my route because once she took that route and missed the local turn off and ended up on the highway and it was not fun! In as much as I tried topersuade her how easy it it she just wouldnt budge. A past mistake and fear of driving on the highway causes her to lose 45 minutes in traffic. Funny enough, the first time I got onto the highway after getting my drivers licence was by mistake. I was so nervous, my knees knocked so hard I could hardly keep my foot on the gas pedal. I calmed myself and made it safely to my destination and to this day I perfer highway driving!
Fear can disguise itself as concern, and it is transferrable! Yes, you have to be careful and pay attention otherwise you may unintentionally pick up someone's fear. Also be careful who you go to for advice because if you are seeking advice or counsel from someone who is fearful and is unable to be objective, that advise is going to be skewed based on the advisers reality. This happens all the time and without warning. There are many, many books, and programs devoted to the topic. The more aware you become, the more resources will come to your attention.
Feeling frustrated that your are not progressing in the direction you desire? Check to see if "the monkey on your back" is fear. Analyze the situation and press forward in spite of the fear. Seek help if you need to but dont let the "devil" win! Conquor your fear and not only overcome, but be victorious.
Blessings,
MissSam
